Administrative Affairs Division

The Division of Administration:

  • The issuance of appointment orders for teachers, staff and workers, termination of services and issuance of orders to appoint lecturers.
  • Follow-up attendance and absence of teachers, staff and workers as well as maintaining and organizing the files of teachers and workers Keeping books issued and received from and to the college.
  • Follow-up inquiries, mechanisms, warehouses, services, gardens and internal departments with follow up affairs of accounts and legal affairs.
